WESLEY Euley, Droitwich Spa's overseas player this season, plays his final match for the club this weekend before returning to South Africa on Monday.

The 20-year-old, who has impressed in his first season as a wicket keeper and a left-handed middle-order batsman, turns out for the Firsts at home to Pershore.

But it won't be his final farewell - Spa hope he will return next season.

Captain Paul Bryan said: "Wesley has fitted in really well and has adapted to some difficult tracks.

"His batting and keeping has been very good and I'd like to have him back next season."

Euley plans to play at a cricket academy in Western Province on his return to South Africa.
