EVESHAM'S away clash with Alcester proved something of a disappointment.
The opening 20 minutes saw some fierce rucking from the visiting forwards, effort that possibly led to tiredness during the middle period of the game during which time Alcester took control.
Evesham's three tries in the 19-15 defeat came from forward Damo Fiztmaurice, back Dean Hall and South African scrum half "Herman".
The visitors got their act together in the last ten minutes but it was too late.
