TURKS Head's Nick Lawley bagged a hat-trick to help his men send Access Security to their first defeat of the season in Bromsgrove Advertiser/Messenger League Division One.

Richard Jones scored twice and Martin Smith netted to complete an enthralling 6-5 win. Richard Bills grabbed a hat-trick of his own for Access as Chad Ehlertsen and Paul Jeavons scored a goal apiece.

Alvechurch Darts are the new front-runners in the top flight after a 3-2 win at Barnt Green Spartak. Melusi Cartwright, Cyril Point and Julian Workman were the scoring trio as Spartak replied through Marvin Gormans' double.

Nailers Arms claimed their first victory of the season with a 4-2 win over Droitwich Red Lion. Goals from Andy Parker (two), James Dowthwaite and Mike Hargreaves were too much for a Wayne Morse double.

Karl Bailey's brace failed to stop Rubery Redstar going down 3-2 to Mostyn Rangers. Andy Burgess, Richard Burton and Frank Freeman were the match winners.

Rubery Social hammered Winyates Athletic 8-0, Mark Ryley (four), Richard Stocks (two), Oliver Jones and Stacey Richards hit the target.

Liam O'Brien capped a man of the match performance for Victoria Barnt Green with the only goal in their 1-0 victory over Merlin at the top of Division Two. Vics are now five points ahead of Crabmill , who crushed Ringspanners 6-0. Chris Marsh hit a triple to add to strikes from Lee Clayton, Richard Cull and Matt Prosser.

James McLeod was in rampant form for Bromsgrove Town as they demolished Woodbourne 7-1. McLeod hit four goals with Scott Gaffney, Carl Gray and Steve Hinton completing the rout. Stuart Perrott replied. Sutton Athletic played out a 2-2 draw with New Olympic. Chris Brazier and Ryan Field scored for the homesters while Justin Green and Nick Hammond netted for Olympic.
