FECKENHAM batted first and the innings got off to a good start with Simon Dunn scoring 44 and Steve Daniels 21 to put on 70 for the first wicket.

Brockhampton then fought back to take three quick wickets and the scoring rate dropped.

Chris Perry batted well to hold the innings together and scored 76 not out and keeper Nick Reddish weighed in with a quick 24 as Feckenham scored 202-5 from their 50 overs.

Brockhampton skipper Parker opened the innings and scored 30 before Paul Davidson dismissed him.

Marfell at number three then batted well to score 73 not out and was well supported by Hope who hit 44.

Feckenham's bowlers could not make the breakthrough required to clinch victory and Brockhampton reached their target with two overs to spare.
