A former resident in a Kidderminster nursing home is facing crown court trial on an arson charge.
Darren Arkell, 24, who now lives in a home at Pershore, is accused of endangering life by setting fire to a bedroom at the Larches residential home in Larches Road, Foley Park.
Arkell, who appeared in court in a wheelchair, was bailed to await committal for trial.
