A Riverside man was fined £200 and disqualified from having custody of any animal for life for mistreating two dogs in his care.
On August 23,Redditch magistrates heard how Graham George Hayes, 46, of Huband Close, failed to give the proper care and attention to a Jack Russell terrier and collie crossbreed between January and February this year, causing the animals unnecessary suffering. He was also ordered to pay £150 costs.
