The Sidemoor youngster came top in the under nine months category to the delight of his parents, Martyn and Hayley Hinson.
Five-month-old Brandon was not the only winner in the family.
His two-year-old cousin, Dylan Hinson, scooped first place in the 19-36 month category.
Dylan, aged two, his big brother, Ryan, aged four, mum Melissa and dad Tyrone Taylor share a home with Brandon's parents, in Exmoor Drive, Bromsgrove.
Proud mum Hayley said: "It's brilliant -- I can't believe both boys have won prizes."
The prizes of portraits and a £50 woolworth's voucher were presented at a ceremony at the Pine Lodge Hotel, Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove.
This year a record number of more than 7,000 readers telephoned our Millennium Bonny Baby hotline to register their votes in the contest organised by your No.1 newspaper in association with Woolworth's.
