CARL Williams landed 23 rainbows to 2lb using buzzers while Trevor Jackson caught 16 to 1lb 8oz on a white fritz, both fishing the Wyre Dell Lake.

Martin Johnson landed 21 to 1lb 8oz using a black buzzer, while Peter James from Stourport bagged 18 to 2lb 8oz on a daddy long legs, fishing the Masters Lake.

Paul Moseley from Wolverhampton caught 10 mirror carp to 17lb 8oz, using boilies during a 24-hour session fishing the Eric's Lake.

Two catfish for 16lb 14oz and 11lb 8oz using worms were fished by Mark Thistleton, using the Stuarts Lake.

The Stella Lake is also producing good bags of roach, perch and bream, falling to maggots and sweetcorn.

SHATTERFORD LAKES

The top trout angler of the week was Martin Whelan from Wolverley, landing 29 rainbows to 3.5lbs using a hogs head fishing the Masters Lake.

Simon Carroll from Cookley landed 30 to 1.5lb using a white fritz fishing the Wyre Dell Lake.

Matthew Goodwin from Bromsgrove landed 22 to 2lb using a daddy fishing the Wyre Dell Lake.

Kevin Tallett from Stourbridge landed 18 to 1.5lb using a black buzzer, again fishing the Wyre Dell Lake.

On the coarse scene, three catfish to 28lb 4oz using worms, two mirror carp to 12lb 2oz, common carp to 12lb 3oz and koi carp to 7.5lb were landed fishing the Eric's lake.

Michael Bunn from Pensnett landed a grass carp to 11oz 4oz, a mirror to 7lb, a common to 6lb and two catfish to 14lb 7oz using worms fishing the Stuarts Lake.

The Stella also produced some good sport with roach, perch, bream and carp with the best baits being maggots and casters.

HARE AND HOUND AC
