A DOORMAN headbutted a would-be customer outside a Kidderminster nightclub and caused serious injuries, Worcester Crown Court heard.
David Knight knocked out several of David Nicklin's teeth in an incident when he was refusing him entry to Time in Blackwell Street.
Knight, 33, of Hume Street, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm on January 21 this year.
He was remanded in custody for sentence.
The defendant, who entered court on crutches, was said by defence counsel Nicolas Cartwright to have broken his ankle playing football.
