l ENTHUSIASTIC volunteers from Chipping Norton are encouraging residents to make the most of the countryside and walk their way to health.

The Footsteps to Better Health group runs one-hour walks on Wednesdays and two-hour walks on Sundays around the town and its countryside. It has now won a district council grant to allow it to expand but needs more volunteers to help lead the walks. Ring 01993 770360.
