Batting first, Redditch totalled 243-8 off their 50 overs.
Luke Davis and Nick Fowkes both made 57, Dave Apperley 47 and Spencer Cox 30, with Gary Stevenson making 12 in support.
Steve Merry and Matt James, 2-14, both bowled economically and with Wil Wilson 4-30 and Sujay Jaya 4-29, a poor Ombersley side slumped to 91 all out.
