JACK is dreaming of Jenson.

Warndon Villages youngster Jack Jagger has just won his first professional go-kart race.

The 14-year-old has been racing for around two years as a novice and has already won a host of prizes.

"I hope I can go all the way from karting to Formula One like Jenson Button," said Jack, from Grassington Drive.

"It's hard work and doing 12 laps at 80mph tends to hurt the arms a bit, but I love it."

His hero Button is the top British motor racing driver and came fifth in the British Grand Prix a week ago.

"I'm really pleased to win my first race and hopefully this will be the sign of things to come," said Jack.

The only stumbling block to the Nunnery Wood High School student realising his dreams is the cost. If any business can help out with sponsorship they can call his father Chris on 01905 353813.
