Warley hard rock band Supanaut failed to make it through to the next round in the Robin Live Band of the Year Competition last night (Monday July 18).
The band were pipped to the first place post by Wolverhampton rockers Self Pity and Gauge rock outfit from Staffordshire in the latest heat at the Robin 2, Bilston.
Self Pity now go through to the second monthly final being held next week on Wednesday July 27.
Meanwhile, melodic Dudley rock band Cyris will be battling it out against funky rock act The Sneekys from Rowley Regis and Darlaston's Mezzotonic funk rockers in the next heat at the Mount Pleasant music venue next week on Monday July 25.
