Ombersley won by 82 runs
OMBERSLEY replaced Kington at the top of the Worcestershire County League Division One after a comfortable victory over Bewdley on Saturday.
An impressive batting performance by Paul Burdon (112) and Chris Flowers (155) made sure Ombersley were in complete control of the game.
Despite a century for Boult (156) it was not enough to prevent Bewdley's defeat, as they were dismissed for 265.
Ombersley take on strugglers Droitwich Spa in a top-versus-bottom derby on Saturday (1.30pm start).
Kington 232 all out Chaddesley Corbett 232-8
Match tied
CHADDESLEY took a deserved share of the points as they matched Division One pace setters Kington on Saturday.
Corbett, who are fighting a relegation battle, managed to match title chasing Kington in a big scoring game. The draw ensured that Chaddesley edged away from the bottom two. They are now fourth from bottom, 16 points ahead of 11th placed Droitwich.
Corbett take on Stourbridge away on Saturday (1.30pm start).
