WHAT has happened to our bus service for Finstall, and Aston Fields? It has diminished to once an hour! You see lonely souls hanging around the bus stop with glazed eyes of bewilderment.
How much longer have we got to wait? The new timetable changes twice in the day and the bus finishes at 18.17hrs. It only goes to Catshill and still manages to return to the bus station late to start its journey back to Redditch.
If you are lucky enough to live in Charford you are provided with a bus every 10 minutes at least. Large buses driving around only a few customers. Why can we not have an extra service to Aston Fields via Charford? The Droitwich bus has been reduced to every two hours so that cannot be relied on. The residents of Aston Fields and Finstall are getting a raw deal.
Yet the powers that be demand we use public transport then take the buses off the routes that need it! Iave written to First bus service - awaiting a reply.
