BROMSGROVE Golf Club got the better of local rivals Ombersley to win their latest match in the Worcestershire Handicap League.
Bromsgrove beat Ombersley 4.5-1.5, with pairing Ian Sallows and Dave Thompson winning by one hole.
Mark Hawkins and Keith Plowman kept the Stratford Road based club's momentum going by winning 2-1.
Chris Knight and Barrie Claridge were held by an Ombersley duo, but Daniel Downs and Nick Bott got their side back on track by winning by one hole.
Neil Wycherley and Clive Richards lost 2-1, but Andy Diston and Jeff Rushton ensured a big winning margin by beating their Ombersley rivals 2-1
Jon Sparrow won Bromsgrove's Junior League A, after he hit a net score of 62, while James Lesson won League B.
Father and son team Clive and Peter Nash progressed to the semi-final of the Birmingham 17-to-24 Handicap League Chairman's Trophy by defeating a pairing from Harborne Golf Club. The duo got the better of their Birmingham rivals on the 18th hole at Rose Hill GC.
