IT'S been a busy week for Broadway's men in the Con-corde League.
Last Thursday evening, Eve-sham were the visitors but it was the hosts who won comfortably by 124-81 with wins on four of the five rinks.
Phil Taylor is currently in fine form and he won his match 29-9.
Paul Speake was never in trouble in a 29-15 success while Brian Ford was never headed in a 24-15 win.
Andrew Walters edged home 20-17, while Colin Cooper came back from 18-11 down to only be one shot behind going into the last end, but his opponent netted two shots on the last end to get home safely.

The next evening it was across to Overbury for a rearranged fixture and Broadway were in outstanding form with wins on all five rinks in an emphatic 72-shot triumph.
Speake and Taylor continued their good form when both won by more than 20 shots as did Mark Rainbow (30-9).
Cooper had just two shots to spare while Walters edged home again this time by a solitary shot.
The win consolidates unbeaten Broadway's position at the top of the table.

Broadway visited Welford on Saturday for a friendly game of Triples and came away 88-71 victors despite only winning on two of the five rinks.
Pete Smith gave an awesome display of lead bowling for chairman Steve Aldren as they ran out winners by 27 shots, while president Peter Springell edged home 15-12.
