BIDFORD firefighters entertained crowds at the fire station open day raising more than £1,000.
Leading firefighter Mike Franklin took part in a comedy fire demonstration showing visitors the importance of fire alarms.
The young firefighters also performed two fire demonstrations to the crowd.
The open day was held last Saturday at the retained station in Bramley Way, Bidford.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Fire Victim Support Unit, County Air Ambulance and the benevolent fund.
Sub-officer Brian Wilkes said: "We would like to thank everyone who helped raised the money."
