POLICE are hunting a man who followed a woman with a child in a pushchair and shouted racist verbal abuse at them.
The incident took place on Monday in Baxter Avenue in Kidderminster.
The man pulled up beside the woman in a grey car, possibly a Vauxhall Astra, just before 1pm.
He was described as white, about 25, with short brown hair and wearing an England shirt and blue jeans.
