STOURBRIDGE'S Simon Deeley Trio will be taking to the stage tonight (Friday July 22) for a season finale of jazz at The Bonded Warehouse.
Special guests - singer Lizzy Parks and soprano and tenor sax player Ian Hill - will be joining the popular trio at the venue in Canal Street, Stourbridge, at 7.30pm.
Lizzy, a Birmingham Conservatoire graduate, is a frequent guest with the MYJO and Fat Chops Big Band.
Ian, who also studied at Birmingham Conservatoire - as well as Liverpool University, rates Joe Henderson and Sonny Rollins among his influences.
The concert is the last outing in the current spring/summer programme. But jazz pianist Simon Deeley, who also organises the events, is already busy planning the line-up for the autumn/winter season - which will kick off in September.
Tickets for the event cost £5 or £6. For more details call 01384 395216 or visit website www.quests.freeuk.com/warehouse.htm
