A remindER that this Sunday sees the last of Welland's car-boots for a while, as the field that they normally occupy will be upgraded as from next week.
The playing area has been in need of leveling and reseeding for some time and now, thanks for the valuable contribution from Doorstep Greens, the parish council has agreed work will start. So, we have this one last car-boot sale which again, as always, runs from noon to 3pm.
In the evening, St James Church is holding a songs of praise evening to celebrate its 130 years. There is a craft fayre there both Saturday and Sunday and after the songs of praise, there will be a Barbecue and bar. All will be made welcome, so do come along.
