UNION leaders are to seek urgent talks with a United States company after it bought one of the UK's biggest parcel carriers.
UPS announced it had agreed to acquire Nuneaton-based Lynx Express for £55.5m, saying the deal would strengthen its presence in this country.
The Rail Maritime and Transport union said it was seeking a meeting to ensure the security of its 600 members' jobs, pay and conditions at Lynx.
