TEACHERS at a primary school had a right soaking after youngsters bid them a fond farewell at a pizza and pistols event.
Year 6 youngsters at Great Malvern Primary School in the town's Pickersleigh Road armed themselves with water pistols to take on headteacher Jonathan Sides and their Year 6 teachers Stuart Bill and Sue Childe.
The event was organised by the school's parents, teachers and friends association - with several members also taking part in the pizza and pistols fun.
Earlier in the afternoon everyone tucked into pizzas and played various balloon games.
The event was held to mark the pupils leaving to go on to secondary school.
Youngsters were also given teddy bears with Great Malvern Primary School T-shirts on to mark the occasion.
Mr Bill said: "It was brilliant and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
"The youngsters all went home soaking wet, with big smiles and full of pizza and sweets."
