ANYTHING Charlie Dimmock can do, Nunnery Wood Primary School can do better.
The Worcester school underwent a Groundforce-style makeover to make the environment for its pupils better by constructing a patio, installing benches and putting in plants.
The Friends of Nunnery Wood Association asked businesses to donate money for the project.
Barclays Bank came up with £800 to cover the costs of building materials and sent a team of 17 staff to do the garden makeover and also redecorate a classroom.
Kate Kingshott, the bank's community manager said: "At Barclays we are committed to communities and we are delighted to support Nunnery Wood School.
"This is a lovely example
of Barclays staff working closely with the local community to achieve something which we hope will make a real and lasting difference for children.
Anne Jackson, of the Friends of Nunnery Wood, said: "It looks absolutely beautiful now and the children are going to be delighted to see it when they go back in September.
