HENRY Rogers, basket maker, Arrow Road, was summoned for being drunk and disorderly in Arrow Road on July 20.
Police Constable Garrard said defendant was mad drunk, and surrounded by about 100 children.
Defendant got into the brook with his clothes on.
Superintendent Hayes said defendant had been eight times convicted for drunkenness, the last time being in August 1902 - defendant was now fined 2s 6d and 5s 6d costs.
