THE founder of a Kidderminster law firm is stepping down as a senior partner but will still be around as a part-time commercial property consultant to the firm.
Doug Wood, who set up Douglas Wood Thompson 21 years ago, is handing over the day-to-day running to partner, Gareth Thompson.
Mr Wood, 60, said: "After a total of 42 years in the legal profession, I've decided that semi-retirement would improve my quality of life," he said.
