DJ Pin-Up, a former model, will be making a welcome return to a Worcester club when she plays at Caesar's, Westside, next Friday.

Lisa is world famous among fans of her favourite dance genre, hard house, and is also a respected producer, who writes and produces a number of dance hits for the prestigious dance label, Nukleuz records.

She has written and re-mixed more than 40 tracks and runs her own two record labels Rock Hard Recordings and Cuttin Soundz.

Born in the East End of London, Lisa was a bit of a wild child, often playing truant to stay out clubbing all night.

Lisa left school and went through a succession of jobs before embarking on a modelling career, but this was not her true love and as Lisa's obsession with the club scene grew, her career path led her back to London's night life.

It was here that Lisa fell for the tunes that would lead her to purchase some decks, a mixer and tapes.

Lisa's first residency was at Bambina/Pushca in 1996, before she secured residencies at Miss Moneypenny's in Birmingham, and Freedom.at Bagleys, in London.

Even though Lisa has now forgotten her modelling career and is a respected DJ and producer, she was still noticed for her glamorous looks by Loaded magazine, who voted her number 54 in their top 100 babes feature.

Westside is situated behind Hylton Road, Worcester.

Tickets for next Friday's gig are £6 in advance, or £8 on the door.
