AN inquest into the death of a 70-year-old Lodge Park woman who died in the Alexandra Hospital following a road traffic collision was opened yesterday.
Josephine Smith died on Monday August 8, after the black Ford Fiesta she was driving collided with a tree in Windmill Drive, close to the junction with Callow Hill Lane. There were no other vehicles involved.
The hearing at the County Coroner's Court in Stourport-upon-Severn was opened and then adjourned for a later date.
