BIRMINGHAM'S Sutton Park is the venue for the British Heart Foundation's fund-raising walk on Saturday, August 20.
The three and a half mile walk, which starts at 10.45am, is to raise awareness of heart disease and funds for the charity.
Heart foundation volunteer manager Donna Stokes said: "Make it a day out for the whole family or encourage friends to get walking.
"Walking is a great form of exercise for everyone - all you need to take part is to wear some loose clothing and a pair of flat walking shoes."
The walk costs just £2.50 to take part in (free for under-16s).
