RECENTLY I needed physiotherapy at the Princess of Wales Community Hospital. but as the weeks went by I thought I had been forgotten.
Then I received a phone call - could I go that day as they had a cancellation.
The treatment I received was excellent. While waiting for my next appointment I noticed that 48 paitients hadn't bothered to turn up or cancel their appointment for July.
So please if you have appointment and can't keep it. ring up and cancel so that other people in pain can get treatment sooner.
