FORWARD James Lloyd-Jones has left Bromsgrove RFC to play for National League Division Two side Stourbridge.
Lloyd-Jones became a stalwart of the team last season, but his impressive performances caught the eye of Bromsgrove's league neighbours.
Coach Dean Ball said: "Dean spoke to me about it a few weeks ago and was flattered.
"It's a good sign that the club is producing players which catch the eye at higher levels."
Ian Bailey, who Lloyd-Jones replaced in the team when he went travelling through Australia last season, is likely to take his place.
l Cameron Waghorn scored Bromsgrove's only try of the game as they lost to Old Patesians in Saturday's friendly.
