STUDENTS at Alcester Grammar School were celebrating on Thursday after picking up high grades in their A-Levels.
The Birmingham Road school boasts a 100 per cent pass rate this year (grades A-E), with more than 56 per cent getting top A and B grades.
Many students have come away with straight As in up to five subjects and one, Jonathan Baty, was placed within the top 10 in the country for Psychology.
In the Advanced Extension Awards there were six distinctions, 17 merits and many passes.
Headteacher Iain Blaikie said: "This is a repeat of last year's success - how can we improve on this?
"I'm delighted for all the students whose hard work, along with that of the teachers, has paid real dividends. I do not subscribe to the theory that exams are getting easier, but I would like to see a system which recognises the achievements of top students."
GCSE students at the school, along with those from Alcester High School and St Benedicts RC High School, will receive their results tomorrow.
