TAS continued to fly the podium flag for Suzuki during Monday's Bank Holiday meeting at Cadwell Park where there was success in both the Supersport and Superstock classes with podiums for Simon Andrews and Adrian Coates.

Andrews, in a season's best performance, showed character and determination as he stormed through from sixth to finish in second place, in the re-started round ten of the British Supersport Series.

"It all worked well this weekend," the Evesham rider admitted. "A few clicks here and a few clicks there helped me ride the TAS Suzuki with great confidence and the team have been instrumental in this result with their fantastic support.

"I was starting to ask myself, 'how am I going to get out of this rut?' but Philip Neill told me to have a real go this weekend and that's what I did. I can tell you, I had my eyes closed a few times going into the hairpin which was a perfect passing place."

"That's what 110 per cent means from a rider and that's the biggest effort I have seen from any rider in a very long time," declared team boss Neill. "Simon has had a tough time this season through injury but he has shown today that he still wants success, which is even more pleasing."

Andrews is determined to stay focused during the three remaining rounds starting at Oulton Park on September 9, 10 and 11.
