SOPHIE Shaw, from Lickey Rock, cycled her way to success on national television and won a coveted Blue Peter badge.
Sophie was part of a team of unicyclists from the Unimeets Club in Wolverley near Kidderminster which was contacted by the programme makers to appear live on CBBC.
The event was also recorded for the popular Blue Peter show on BBC 1.
Twelve-year-old Sophie, who goes to Waseley Hills High School, said: "We cycled in circles in the studio and I met the presenters - it was really exciting."
Proud mum Sue said: "We enjoyed the day very much.
We got to the studios about lunchtime to allow the children to rehearse before the show. The presenters were really nice."
Sophie has no ambitions to become a circus star, but she is now practising her juggling skills at the club during the school holidays.
