IF the provision of cycle bays is anything to go by in Droitwich, there must only be about six of us!
Even outside the new Waitrose complex, as a cyclist it's not welcoming.
There are two massive iron bench circles - one of them could have been for cyclists. And there are not many cycle lanes around at all.
In most other European towns I'm sure one of these circles would have been for bicycles.
What message does this give? As more and more of us are environmentally concerned and thinking organically, does this lack of concern for cyclists from the local council mean 'get off your bike and don't park it here?'
