WORCESTER Wolves can go into the Christmas break well clear of their National Basketball League Division Two rivals if they win another crunch game to-night.
Leaders Wolves take on second-placed Westminster at University College Worcester (7pm) knowing victory will take them six points clear of the chasing pack.
Player-coach Rick Solvason said: "We are feeling pretty confident about what we have to do.
"If we were to win we will give ourselves a nice little cushion going into the Christmas break -- if we don't some of the hard work we have done recently will go for nothing."
However, they face a stern test against Westminster. Solvason added: "They will be a similar side to North-West London who we beat the other week -- we have to match their intensity and energy."
Guard Rikki Prince will return to the Wolves line-up after missing last weekend's double-header because of 'flu.
Wolves' women entertain Doncaster today (4pm) in National Division Two North.
