FORMER Manchester United and Everton star Norman Whiteside will be sharing memories at a night of football - in aid of Eastnor Cricket Club.
Whiteside is guest of honour at an event at Ledbury Comm-unity Centre on Friday, September 23 at 7.45pm. Tickets are £10, including a buffet, and there will be a bar.
The club is hoping to build on the success of a similar event earlier this year, featuring Liverpool hero Tommy Smith.
Whiteside, a Northern Ireland international, made footballing history in 1983 by becoming the youngest ever scorer in a FA Cup final, during United's 4-0 replay win over Brighton and Hove Albion.
He was on target again in the 1985 final, a late winner against Everton, who later signed him for £750,000.
He also holds the record as the youngest player to play in the World Cup after appearing against Yugoslavia in 1982 in Spain, aged 17 and 42 days.
Tickets for the Ledbury event are available from Jim Sandford on 01531 633055 or 079299 32228.
