STOURPORT Carnival was once again a fabulous occasion for thousands of people who live in or visit our town.
I always attend the carnival and this year's events were better than I have ever seen.
The land procession was stunning and the river parades were a tribute to the boat owners.
Stourport has a tremendous community spirit and this shows through at events like the carnival.
May I express a big thank you to all the people who devoted their time to make this a great day out and the best advertisement for the traditional attractions of our town.
A special thanks must go to the litter crews who had removed every scrap of litter so that Stourport was ready to do business on Sunday morning.
