WORCESTER number eight Drew Hickey and Saracens full-back Nicky Little have been ordered to appear in front of a Rugby Football Union disciplinary hearing next week.
Hickey has been charged with 'dangerous charging' after the Premiership citing officer reviewed a tape of the Guinness Premiership game between Gloucester and Worcester on Sunday.
Little has been cited by London Irish for the same offence following the Guinness 'A' League game between London Irish and Saracens on Monday.
The players will appear in front of an RFU disciplinary panel of Robert Horner (chairman), Bob Taylor and Peter Budge at the London Bloomsbury Holiday Inn on Tuesday.
Different citing procedures operate inside and outside the Guinness Premiership.
For Premiership games, an independent citing officer reviews tapes of games and initiates any disciplinary action.
Outside the Premiership, a club can cite a player from another club.
Meanwhile, Worcester have been handed an away tie at Sutton Coldfield in the second round of the English National Colts Knockout Cup.
Hereford have the advantage of a home tie with Nuneaton.
Luctonians must win a first round tie at Stourbridge to earn the right to face Leamington or Birmingham & Solihull away in round two.
First round matches must be played by Sunday, September 25, and second round games by Sunday, October 16.
