STARLIGHT Express finishes its month-long run at The Birmingham Hippodrome this Saturday, after which some dance, drama and musical entertainment is lined up for September.
Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater is one of America's greatest dance companies which fuses modern, ballet and jazz to the sounds of pop, jazz and gospel. It has been going for 46 years and has performed in 68 countries, wowing most critics on the way, and it comes to Birmingham on September 13 and 14.
From September 19 to 24, Daphne Du Maurier's masterpiece Rebecca is brought to life with Nigel Havers in the role of Maxim de Winter.
Then, from September 26, running until October 1, the mood changes again when the hit show Saturday Night Fever brings a little of John Travolta's disco spirit to the Midlands once again. Call ticket hotline on 0870 7301234.
