DERRY Watkins, of Special Plants Nursery, near Bath, is coming to Castlemorton Gardening Club on Thursday, September 15 to talk about Unusual and Long Blooming Garden Plants.
Derry is a well-known speaker and plant collector. She has introduced many new plants into cultivation from collecting trips to South Africa, India, Nepal and Chile. Her nursery near Bath was described by Mary Keen, in the Telegraph, as "one of the best nurseries in England".
The event takes place at Castlemorton Parish Hall at 7.45pm and non-members are welcome. Contact Sue Satchell on (01684) 833604 for further details.
