I THINK I have solved the mystery. We have two MPs both with the same name.
We have one Ms Jacqui Smith MP who is an active member of a Government which has starved the NHS of funds, allowed MRSA to run wild, and is now presiding over the disappearance of A&E departments around the country.
This is the naughty Ms Jacqui Smith MP.
On the other hand, we have another Jacqui Smith MP who is lending her support to the campaign to keep these vital emergency services safe.
This is the good Ms Jacqui Smith MP.
Some people say I'm wrong but I can't be. If there was only one Jacqui Smith MP, then she would be guilty of a breathtaking hypocrisy and duplicity which even the dullest Redditch voter would spot.
