TWO second half goals saw Villa lose in the Midland Combination Division One on Saturday.
Villa, missing goalkeeper Dave Inman, had to use defender Richard Coulson in goal.
Rob Walsh scored on his debut for Fairfield when he headed in Stuart Hall's cross.
However, a shot crawled under Coulson for the leveller and Heather bagged the winner as Fairfield searched for a goal.
l New signing Andy Keenahan is not eligible for Villa's Worcestershire Junior Cup game at former side Droitwich Spa (2pm kick off) on Saturday.
