PROPOSALS to publicise a pedestrian shortcut from an already congested Kidderminster road to the Harriers Aggborough ground have been dubbed as "utter folly" by a county councillor.
The county's highways department is considering putting up a sign on Chester Road South saying Aggborough (via footbridge) 300 yards.
Councillor Mike Oborski, however, fears the sign will alert visiting fans to the shortcut.
