LEDBURY's Terry Jenkins had mixed fortunes at the weekend in the Budweiser UK Open Scottish regional finals.
On Saturday, in the PDPA Players' Championship, Jenkins got through to the last eight. Entering the championship in the second round, Jenkins defeated Josephus Schenk 3-1 and in the next round enjoyed a good 3-1 win over Steve Beaton.
He won through to a place in the quarter-finals following a 3-0 victory over Darren Webster but lost 3-1 to Mark Walsh at that stage.
In the main competition on Sunday, Jenkins lost 5-4 in the opening round to Ian Gunion Jnr, who went out 5-3 to Tom Kirby in round three.
Fifteenth seed Jenkins returns to the country of his latest success this weekend when Lisse, Holland, hosts two PDPA tournaments.
