WORCESTER Rugby Club's ladies took on unbeaten league leaders Saracens and came away with an 8-0 defeat.
Poor weather conditions, with gale force winds and heavy rain, dictated play and both teams struggled to produce any rhythm throughout the game.
Conditions suited Saracens' large pack and they used their big forwards to keep the game tight and under control.
Saracens were finally rewarded for their pressure with a penalty. Soon after Worcester's Katie White was sin-binned and it was while she was off the pitch that Saracens scored the only try of the match to make it 8-0 at the interval.
The second-half was a roll reversal with Worcester pressuring Saracens for the whole of the half.
