BUILDERS will soon start work on a new church in Worcester.
The Red Hill Baptist Church will move from Cannon Street, off London Road, when work on the new site in St Peter's is finished.
At this week's St Peter's Parish Council meeting, it was announced that the purchase of land for the church, to be located off St Peter's Drive, was complete.
Work on the access to the site is expected to start in the coming weeks, before building work starts in the new year.
The church will change its name to St Peter's Baptist Church.
