AN audience in Pershore will be treated to a tale of love, hope and determination tomorrow.
Full House Theatre Company will present Hans Christian Andersen's classic tale The Little Match Girl at the Number 8 Community Arts Centre on Saturday.
A spokeswoman for the centre said: "This show really is a theatrical treat for the whole family.
"The production is packed full of vibrant characters, great songs, laughter and maybe even a few tears. The Little Match Girl is an endearing and magical experience."
The story follows a little girl through the streets of London on New Year's Eve.
As she lights her last three matches to keep warm, their light reveals a series of visions that fill her last hours on earth with warmth, laughter and friendship.
"This is a poignant story of hope and determination with traditional storytelling, masks, giant puppets and an original score composed by Rebecca Applin," she added.
"The cast of four perform with energy and enthusiasm, playing a multitude of characters."
The production at the High Street centre will start at 7pm. Call the box office on 01386 561906 for tickets.
