SIR - With regard to your recent article about parked cars in residential streets, it isn't the employees' fault. In Germany, no place of work can be built without sufficient parking for all employees.
This is done at the planning stage - which is the council's responsibility. I blame the council for not ensuring that there was adequate parking provided.
