HIGH-KICKING students from a Droitwich martial arts school won an impressive haul of medals at the British Championships.
Four pupils from Droitwich's TAGB Taekwondo Club won medals at Sydome Arena in Coventry.
Blue belt Joe Rahim, aged 23, won gold in the welterweight sparring division.
Clive Symonds, 46, won a silver medal in the men's red belt, heavyweight, sparring division.
In the heavyweight sparring division green belt Sarah Cummings, aged 25, came second to win a silver medal.
Paul Ashby, 31, won silver in the men's yellow belt, heavyweight, sparring division.
Instructor Matt Lennard had taken ten students to the championships, which was packed with 2,000 competitors, and was pleased with his group's performance.
He said: "The championships aren't an easy place to come but all my pupils did the best they could.
"We left the championships with a haul of medals they should all be proud of."
The school will be taking a team to the South Midlands Area Championship in February 2006.
